Henrik Bache

Henrik Bache has had a long and varied career in the business world. From 2004 to 2016, they held various roles including Wealth Manager at Acta Asset Management, Co-founder & Partner at ICECAPITAL Asset Management (Norway) AS, Managing Director at eQ Asset Management (Norway) AS, and Public Relations at Norwegian School of Management.

In 2016, they joined eSmart Systems as CEO and Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Henrik was also appointed Chief Commercial Officer, responsible for all revenue in eSmart Systems globally, overseeing sales, marketing, customer success and business development. Additionally, they were VP Sales & Marketing North America and Managing Director, Asia, based out of Singapore.

In 2017, they were appointed Member of the Advisory Board at Investigate Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based investment firm specialising in accelerating growth of startups.

Henrik Bache completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the BI Norwegian Business School between 2004 and 2017. Henrik also obtained a Microsoft AZURE214x: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in June 2017.
