Ole Jørgen Melleby

Ole Jørgen Melleby has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 1989 with Esso Norge AS, where they worked in Oil and Gas Operations and Technical Support. In 1998, they joined PGS Floating Production as an Offtake Manager Banff Development Project. The following year, they moved to Ringnes AS as a Fabrikkdirektør/Plant Manager. In 2003, they joined AGR EMITeam AS as a Manager Maintenence Management. In 2010, they moved to Bureau Veritas Norway AS as Chief Country Executive I&F. From 2011 to 2019, they worked at Petroleumstilsynet, first as Fagleder and then as Sjefsingeniør. In 2019, they joined the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, and in 2020 they moved to Verico AS as COO. In 2021, they joined eSmart Systems in the same role.

Ole Jørgen Melleby received their MSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 1984 and 1988. Ole Jørgen attended the Officers Academy - Royal Norwegian Engineers between 1982 and 1983, studying military subjects, leadership, etc. In 1997 and 1998, they earned an Executive MBA in Project Management from CERAM University in Sofia Antipolis, France.
