Nora Ilona Grasselli is a Lecturer in Leadership and a member of the faculty at ESMT Berlin, where Nora also serves as the Program Director for Executive Education. Prior experience includes roles as a lecturer in executive education at HEC Paris, an assistant to the professor, and a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Additionally, Nora Ilona Grasselli has worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at CEU Business School and as a visiting fellow at CFAR. Nora Ilona Grasselli earned a Ph.D. in Management/Organisational Behaviour from HEC Paris and participated in the Kennedy School Executive Education program at Harvard University in June 2024, focusing on the art and practice of leadership development.
