Katy Zharikov

Katy Zharikov has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Katy is currently serving as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at ESN Global Media Ltd. Prior to this, they co-founded Digital Sol Ltd in 2019 and worked as the Chief Operating Officer (COO). From 2017 to 2019, Katy worked at Total Media Ltd as a Buy side solutions specialist, where they provided ad-tech solutions and professional services to advertisers and publishers. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Head of Analysis at Online Trading LTD from 2015 to 2017 and as a Senior Business Analyst at Betamedia from 2013 to 2015. Katy also has experience working as a Data in Manager at GfK from 2011 to 2013 and as a Media Analyst at IFAT Media Analysis from 2007 to 2011.

Katy Zharikov completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in Management and Media Studies at the College of Management Academic Studies from 2005 to 2009. In addition, they obtained a certification in Google Analytics from Google in October 2017.
