Dale Carder

Dale Carder is a network engineer who currently works for ESnet. Dale has over 17 years of experience in the field. Dale began their career as a network and hardware technician supervisor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dale then became a network engineer for the school's campus network. In 2007, they became the senior network engineer for WAN networks and held that position until 2016. Dale then took their current position with ESnet. Dale has also interned with Nortel Networks as a test and verification engineer.

Dale Carder started their educational career by obtaining a BS from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dale then obtained a certification from the Federal Communications Commission in Part 97, General Class.

They work with Chin P. Guok - Group Lead, Jessica Schmit - Group Lead, and Kate Mace - Group Lead. Their manager is Jon-Paul Herron, Director, Network Engineering.
