Annmarie Charnes

Ann Marie graduated magna cum laude in real estate and legal studies from The University of Memphis. She has worked in the legal field for over 20 years as a Certified Paralegal. She has vast knowledge of financing and structured transactions. She worked in the turnaround field on complex transactions for many years before joining ESO Venture Fund as a Fund Administrator.
