Allie Smith

Allie Smith has several years of experience in various roles within the HR and administrative fields. Allie began their career at Accel Financial Staffing as an Office Coordinator from June 2011 to April 2013. In 2013, they joined Paycom as a New Client Senior Specialist, where they entered and ensured the accuracy of new client information in the database. Allie also provided training on Paycom products to new clients. Allie then became a Senior Spin Coordinator at Paycom from February 2016 to March 2017.

Following their time at Paycom, Allie worked at Abacus System Solutions as a Compensation and Benefits Coordinator from April 2017 to May 2019. Allie'sresponsibilities in this role included handling compensation and benefits-related tasks.

Most recently, Allie joined ESO as a Senior People Experience Coordinator in January 2020. Allie recently transitioned to the role of People Experience Specialist in April 2022. The details of their current role are not yet provided.
