Cortney Johnson

Prior to ESO, Johnson served as the Chief Financial Officer of All Web Leads, Inc., based in Austin, Texas. Starting her career as an auditor with Ernst & Young, LLP, Johnson has progressed at every stage of her career, gaining CFO, public accounting, SEC reporting, as well as internal controls and audit experience. She holds a B.B.A. in International Business from Southwestern University and an M.S. in Accounting from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Johnson is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Fraud Examiner. She also serves on the Small Business Advisory Committee (SBAC) of the Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB), which provides advice on FASB projects related to the operationality and the anticipated costs, complexities, and benefits of potential solutions.
