Kyle Miller started their work experience as a Datacenter Architect at PDI Software in December 2019. Kyle then transitioned to the role of Principal Technical Consultant on the Hosting Services team, where they managed an MSP data center, including technologies such as NetApp SANs, Microsoft Hyper-V, HPE Servers and Blade Infrastructure, and Cisco Firewalls. Kyle worked at PDI for 11 years and made significant advancements in their career. In 2022, they joined ESO as a System Engineer.
Kyle Miller attended Texas Tech University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Technical and Scientific Communication. In August 2018, they also obtained the MCSE Cloud Platform and Infrastructure certification from Microsoft.
