Mike Maillet

Mike Maillet has extensive work experience in software development and engineering. Mike is currently working as a Senior Software Development Engineer at ESO since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Developer at Medusa Medical Technologies from October 2017 onwards. Before that, Mike was a Senior Software Engineer at ResMed from March 2016 to September 2017. Mike also worked at Medusa Medical Technologies as a Senior Software Developer from October 2014 to March 2016. Mike's earlier experience includes working as a Developer at SYSPRO Canada from February 2012 to October 2014, where they were involved in the design and development of various systems. Mike started their career as a Software Developer at Medusa Medical Technologies from May 2003 to February 2012, where they were responsible for the development and maintenance of several significant services and applications. Prior to that, Mike worked as an Informatics Analyst at Fisheries and Oceans Canada from October 2002 to March 2003, and as a Programmer/Analyst at VS Visual Statement Inc. from October 2001 to September 2002, where they were primarily involved in the design and development of various software packages.

Mike Maillet obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Astrophysics from Saint Mary's University, which they completed between 1996 and 1999. Prior to that, they pursued a Diploma in Meteorology (DMET) at Dalhousie University from 1999 to 2000. In 2000 and 2001, Mike attended the Information Technology Institute, where they obtained an Applied Information Technology Diploma in the field of AIT.
