Thomas Madigan

Thomas Madigan has a diverse work history, starting with their current role as the Director of Enterprise Business Intelligence at ESO since July 2022. Prior to this, they held various positions at AWL, Inc., including Director Business Intelligence from May 2022 to July 2022, Business Intelligence Manager from November 2018 to May 2022, and Business Intelligence Analyst from July 2017 to November 2018.

Before their time at AWL, Inc., Thomas worked as a Tutor at Advantage Testing from April 2014 to October 2017, where they coached students on test-taking strategies for ACT, SAT, and SAT subject tests. Thomas also had a role as a Senior Industrial Engineer at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation from July 2013 to July 2017, where they utilized lean manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts to improve operational efficiency.

Earlier in their career, Thomas worked as an Operations Teamlead at Urban Outfitters from July 2009 to June 2013, where they applied engineering coursework to optimize store scheduling and conducted staff training and performance evaluations. Thomas also had an internship as an Advanced Manufacturing Quality Engineering Intern at Yazaki North America in 2012, where they worked on process improvements and communication initiatives. Additionally, Thomas gained business development experience as a Business Development Intern at MyBuys in 2011, where they supported sales strategies and received training in e-commerce activities.

Thomas Madigan attended Plymouth High School from 2005 to 2009. Thomas then went on to study at the University of Michigan from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Operations Engineering.
