Trust O.

Trust O. has a strong background in technical support and operational management. They started their career as a Desktop Support Technician at Bredero Shaw from February 2007 to June 2010. They then joined Interdev Technologies by ESO in February 2012 as a Service Desk Analyst, where they troubleshooted and resolved connectivity issues and provided support for software systems. In March 2018, Trust O. was promoted to be the Technical Support Manager, where they managed a team of 7 employees and implemented standardization policies for EMS Software. Currently, Trust O. is working at ESO as a Senior Support Analyst, starting from November 2019.

Trust O. completed a certification as a Panasonic CF20, FZ55 C Certified Technician at Panasonic Canada, which was completed by the year 2021.

In 2006 to 2007, Trust O. pursued a Diploma in Network and System Administration at the National Institute of Information Technology.

From 2001 to 2005, Trust O. attended Olabisi Onabanjo University (O.O.U) and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
