William joined Esoko in 2008 after completing his first degree program from University of Cape Coast in Ghana. He practically set up the finance department of the Esoko group and also helped to incorporate its various subsidiaries.William was instrumental in closing investment deals with IFC & SEDF for $2.5m and for $1.5m with Lundin foundation and Acumen Fund. William’s expertise lies in international finance management and corporate finance; financial analysis and corporate governance; investment due diligence; taxation and audit procedures; and project accounting and donor funding reporting.
