Alejandro Ward is an experienced educational leader with a strong background in student administration and curriculum development. Since August 2018, Alejandro has served as the Dean of Students at Esol Education, facilitating problem-solving conferences and supporting teachers in maintaining high behavioral expectations while also managing student disciplinary cases. Previously, Alejandro held the position of Head of Department, focusing on quality teaching and learning in 4th grade at Esol Education and Nottingham British School. Alejandro's teaching experience extends to social studies and English, having earned commendations for innovative instructional strategies and strong student relationships. Alejandro holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Florida International University.
