With a freelancing background since 2016, Carla specializes in instructional design and multimedia content, having delivered conferences on educational integration and emotional management. Previously, Carla held roles at Empresas Polar and Banesco Banco Universal, where responsibilities included performance management, talent development, and corporate training design. Carla's career began at Banco de Venezuela, where roles spanned from customer service to performance analysis. Carla holds a Bachelor's degree in Education with a focus on Human Resource Development from Universidad Central de Venezuela and a postgraduate degree in Educational Informatics from Universidad Rafael Belloso Chacín.
