Silvana P. has extensive experience in sales and marketing. Silvana began their career in 1995 as a Marketing Alliance and Sales Director at Oracle. In 1999, they moved to Compaq as a Regional Sales Director Coorporate Acccounts. In 2000, they became a Sales Director for GB and Caribbean at Sun Microsystems. In 2004, they were a Sales Country Manager at Hitachi Data Systems. In 2008, they worked as a Sales Country Manager at NetApp. Since 2009, they have been a Regional Sales Director / Business Assotiated at eSourceCapital, where they have developed the markets of Venezuela and Dominican Republic.

Silvana P. started their educational career in 2003 when they obtained an MBA in Business and Marketing from the Universidad Simón Bolívar. Silvana then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Computer Engineer degree in Computer Science.
