Samantha Fitzgerald

Samantha Fitzgerald has extensive experience in service delivery management, currently holding the position of Head of Service Delivery at ESP Global Services since November 2011. Samantha has progressed through various roles within the company, including Senior Service Delivery Manager and Regional Operations Manager for the EMEA region. Prior to joining ESP Global Services, Samantha worked as a Service Delivery Manager at a&o systems + services UK Ltd. from May 2010 to October 2011.
