D.J. Rodman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. D.J. started their career at Parsons Technology in 1996, where they worked in sales until 2001. From 2003 to 2005, they worked at McLeodUSA in training and development. In 2005, they joined Engineered Seal Products, where they held multiple positions over the years, including account manager, training coordinator, customer service manager, organizational development manager, and quick parts division manager. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Global Customer Experience at Engineered Seal Products.
D.J. Rodman earned a BA degree in History from Wartburg College, where they attended from 1992 to 1996.
