Kristin Tesch

Kristin Tesch has over 20 years of work experience in finance, accounting, and assurance roles. Kristin is currently the Vice President of Finance at Engineered Seal Products, where they oversee the financial performance of the company. Prior to this, they served as the Global Corporate Controller at the same company, where they monitored company performance, managed the annual budget process, and evaluated monthly forecasts. Before joining Engineered Seal Products, Kristin worked at AEGON USA as an Internal Controls Specialist, where they focused on internal controls implementation. Kristin also gained significant experience at McGladrey, where they worked as an Assurance Supervisor and Senior Associate, performing financial statement assurance and working with SEC clients. Throughout their career, Kristin has demonstrated strong analytical and leadership skills, as well as a solid understanding of financial operations.

Kristin Tesch began their education at South Winneshiek, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. After completing high school, they enrolled at the University of Northern Iowa, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and also earned a Certificate in International Business. From 1999 to 2002, they pursued their undergraduate studies. Later, in 2003, they furthered their education at the University of Northern Iowa and completed a Masters of Accountancy degree with a focus on Accounting.
