Matthew Rutledge

Matthew Rutledge is a seasoned business development and sales professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Engineered Seal Products since May 2023, Matthew previously held the position of Sales Manager for the East region at CLIMAX Portable Machining & Welding Systems from January 2022 to May 2023. Prior roles include Facility Sales at Cintas and a combination of Key Account Manager and Sales Manager at Archer Advanced Rubber, where responsibilities included managing sales and customer service across 14 states and overseeing two additional outside sales representatives. Matthew began career roots in outside sales with ADT and completed a management training program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Communication/Marketing from Appalachian State University.
