Xavier Moreux

Xavier Moreux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both real estate and music. Since October 2016, Xavier has served as Directeur and Responsable commercial at Espaces Atypiques, a real estate network specializing in unique properties such as lofts and architect-designed homes, reflecting a strong passion for design and architecture. Prior to this role, Xavier was a Guitarist and Pianist for the band September Mourning from 2013 to 2015, and also played as a Guitarist for The World Over during the same period. Xavier holds a Licence in Music from Los Angeles College of Music (2012-2014) and a DUT in Thermal Engineering and Energy from Aix-Marseille University (2009-2011).
