Phil Gibbs

Phil Gibbs has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Phil is currently the CEO of Care Transformation Studio since 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Board Chair at LifeFilez, Inc. starting in 2021. In 2019, they were a member of the MS in Healthcare Administration Advisory Board at The University of Texas at Arlington - College of Business. In 2014, Phil founded and served as the Principal of The Disruption Lab, an innovation and growth lab focused on exploring new opportunities and strategies. From 2010 to 2013, they co-founded and directed E|SPACES, Inc., where they also held the role of CEO and was responsible for strategy, marketing, customer experience, and financial performance. Gibbs Solutions Group, LLC was another venture where they operated as the Principal, incubating both E|SPACES and The Disruption Lab. Before that, they were the Principal at Gibbs Solutions Group, LLC from 2008 to 2010, focusing on consulting, interim management, and technology solutions. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Managing Director at Harpeth Consulting, LLC, working as a contract consultant. Phil also has experience as the CEO of Encore Interactive Solutions, Inc. from 2002 to 2006, leading the company's evolution and strategy. Additionally, they co-founded Evergreen Investments and Management, a VC firm specializing in seed investments and management support, from 1997 to 2002. During their time there, one of the portfolio companies, Passport Health Communications, was sold for $850M.
