Charlène Cottais

Charlène COTTAIS has extensive experience in human resources development and recruitment. Since November 2012, Charlène has served as Chargée de développement RH at Espacil. Prior to this role, Charlène worked briefly as Assistante Administration du Personnel at ANSAMBLE – GROUPE ELIOR RESTAURATION, where responsibilities included legal analysis of fixed-term contract requests and drafting employment contracts. From August 2010 to April 2012, Charlène was Chargée de Recrutement at Banque Populaire de l'ouest, where key achievements included managing recruitment processes for alternance and internships, revamping job descriptions, and creating a competency framework. Charlène holds a Master 2 in Management des Ressources Humaines from the University of South Brittany.
