Saufiyan Melkemi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and property management. Currently serving as the Responsable of the Agency for Paris & IDF Sud at Espacil since May 2022, Saufiyan manages a multidisciplinary team of 26 collaborators and oversees the implementation of Espacil Habitat's policies. Prior to this role, Saufiyan was the Site Operations Manager at Gecina from June 2015 to April 2022, focusing on student residences and ensuring financial occupancy rates.
