At EspacioTDAH, we make ADHD information, support, and tools accessible to everyone who needs them.

We provide psychoeducation in Spanish (courses, talks, and resources), community and peer support spaces, and professional training in ADHD diagnosis and treatment. We also created the ADHD Professionals Map and actively participate in conferences and awareness campaigns worldwide.

Our work has been recognized by the American Psychiatric Association (APA) as a valuable psychoeducational resource on ADHD. Our mission is to transform the way ADHD is understood and lived—breaking myths, building community, and creating bridges between professionals, families, and neurodivergent individuals.
