Cesar Pestana

Cesar Pestana is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles. Since July 2014, Cesar has served as President and Vice President at eSPap, I.P., while also participating as a Member of the Multi-Stakeholders Expert Group on eProcurement for the European Commission. Additionally, Cesar has been a Guest Lecturer at Porto Business School since 2013. Prior to these roles, significant positions included Board Member and Procurement Director at Portugal Telecom and roles at Deloitte Consulting and PwC. Cesar holds multiple executive training certifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and INSEAD, alongside a Master's degree in Business Management and a Licentiate degree in Business Administration from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management.
