Travis Petersen

Travis Petersen is a technical lead at eSpark Learning since November 2022, while also serving as a volunteer software engineer at ShelterTech since June 2022. Previously, Travis held multiple roles at 8th Light from March 2019 to January 2023, advancing from crafter apprentice to senior software engineer. Engagements in the post-production domain include positions as post production coordinator for various television projects at Machete Productions, Framework (Spike TV), and Starting Strong, among others, from 2008 to 2015. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from UC Santa Barbara and formal training in software engineering from the Flatiron School.
