ESPEC CORP. is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in the environmental testing business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Equipment segment is engaged in the provision of environmental testing equipment, energy device equipment, flat panel display (FPD)-related devices and semiconductor-related devices. The Service segment is involved in the provision of customer services, engineering services and contract testing services; the rental and resale of environmental testing equipment, as well as the calibration of measuring equipment. The Others segment is involved in the environmental engineering business and other new businesses, such as plant factory business. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 13 subsidiaries.
