Brad Walbridge

Brad Walbridge is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the General Manager of Engineering at ESPEC North America since February 2024. Prior to this role, Brad held various positions at Ranir from September 2015 to September 2023, including Senior Value Stream Manager for Plastics and Manual Toothbrush as well as Engineering Manager. Their earlier experience includes roles at Quality Edge, Inc. as Quality Manager and Product Development Manager, and ODL Inc. as Senior Manufacturing Engineer, Quality Engineer, and Project Manager, where Brad was responsible for launching new process equipment and assembly lines. Brad's career began at Johnson Controls Interiors Group as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, overseeing the launch of manufacturing lines in multiple locations. Brad holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering, both from Western Michigan University.
