Francisco Pimentel Torres

Francisco Pimentel Torres has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Francisco began their career as a Teaching Assistant at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Porto, where they assisted with programming and electronics courses. In 2015, they joined Carnegie Mellon University as a Graduate Research Intern, focusing on hardware implementation and modification of a security system based on Machine Learning. After completing their internship, Francisco worked as an IC Design Engineer at Broadcom Limited, contributing to the development of processors used in various Broadcom products. Francisco then joined Qualcomm as a Digital Design Engineer, before transitioning to Esperanto Technologies, Inc. In their current role at Esperanto Technologies, Inc., Francisco serves as a Senior Digital Design Engineer and Product Manager.
