Sabrina Coffey, LCSW, is an experienced behavioral health professional with a diverse background in mental health services. Currently serving as a Behavioral Health Counselor at Esperanza Health Centers since April 2019, Sabrina previously held positions as a Mental Health Counselor at Heartland Alliance and as a Social Services Intern at Riveredge Hospital. With foundational experiences as a Clinical Social Work Intern at Heartland Alliance for Human Needs & Human Rights and a Family Advocate at Catholic Charities, Diocese of Joliet, Sabrina has engaged in patient assessments, goal planning, and the implementation of clinical sessions, while also supporting families through the Head Start program. Educational credentials include a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor's in Arts with dual majors in Sociology and Political Science and a minor in Spanish from Augustana College.

Through the provision of a full range of bilingual, culturally appropriate primary and specialty care, behavioral health, and wellness services, we’re committed to improving health equity and reducing barriers to care for the residents of the medically underserved, primarily Latino communities we serve. Since 2004, we’ve delivered care to over 25,000 patients each year regardless of immigration status, insurance status, or ability to pay.
