Jael Conde

Jael Conde currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing and Communications at Esperanza, starting in October 2023. Previously, Jael held various roles at Mendoza Group, Inc., including Director of Community Marketing, where responsibilities involved leading strategies for community engagement and building client relationships, and Community Marketing Manager, focusing on outreach within the Hispanic community. Jael’s earlier career includes serving as the Social Media Marketing Director at Yes Social, a company founded to leverage online social media for publicity, and as Marketing Director at El Zol Radio 97.1 FM, coordinating promotional events and managing social media strategies. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business & Management from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University - Camden, among other degrees in marketing, design, and education.
