Tamika Stubblefield

Tamika Stubblefield has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Tamika began their career in 2004 as a Program Director at Impact Services Corporation, where they provided assistance and supervision to Outreach Specialists. In 2005, they became a Data Manager at the same company, overseeing the Data Entry Team and ensuring data accuracy and compliance with contract requirements. In 2007, Tamika joined Esperanza as a Quality Assurance Manager, where they directly monitored and supervised Data and Quality Assurance Units. Tamika maintained internal databases, reconciled external systems, and identified corrective action steps as needed. Presently, they hold the role of Director of Integrated Data/QA at Esperanza, starting in 2023.

Tamika Stubblefield completed their high school education at Franklin Learning Center from 1987 to 1991, where they received a diploma in the College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program. Afterward, they attended Hampton University from 1991 to 1995. During their time at Hampton University, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psy/Learning and Behavior Disorders.
