Fredrik Gren

Fredrik Gren is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Group CEO at Nordic Climate Group since July 2022, Fredrik also holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Distriktstandvården and is a member of the Board of Directors at Esperi Care Oy. Previous roles include CEO of Prosero Security Group and President & CEO of Ambea. Fredrik has been an active board member for organizations such as Aleris, Svenskt Näringsliv, Almega, and Vårdföretagarna, with a notable tenure as Chairman of the latter from 2015 to 2019. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree from the Stockholm School of Economics and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, along with military training as a Sub-Lieutenant from the Naval Military Academy.
