Wanda Foley is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in HR operations, benefits administration, and compliance management. Since joining Esperion in August 2019 as Associate Director, Wanda has provided HR transactional leadership and supported various HR programs while maintaining data integrity in HRIS. Previous roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Human Resources at Tecumseh Products Company, where Wanda led payroll and benefits operations, and positions at A123 Systems, TCT Technologies LLC, and Johnson Electric Automotive, showcasing expertise in employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance. Wanda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and an Associate of Arts in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
