Hunter Duckworth has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In 2014, they worked as an intern at SELCO Community Credit Union, where they were responsible for customer data entry and vehicle loan organization. In 2015, Duckworth worked as a host at Merchants Restaurant. In 2016, they served as a data analyst intern at Industrial Finishes and Systems, Inc. Later that year, Duckworth became a business data analyst at Hunt Brothers Pizza. In 2017, they joined HealthTrust Purchasing Group as a Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst. In 2018, Duckworth co-founded Info to Insight, remaining there until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Consultant at LBMC, leading agile development teams and delivering BI solutions to clients worldwide. From 2020 to 2023, Duckworth held the position of Director of Data Analytics at Surgio Health, where they played a crucial role in the development and implementation of a customer analytics platform and created an algorithm illustrating keystone ROI for customers. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of Analytics at Esperta Health.

Hunter Duckworth attended Belmont University from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Accounting. In 2015, they also completed The Dale Carnegie Course at Dale Carnegie Training.
