Meenakshi Verma

Meenakshi Verma has a diverse background in CRM services and Salesforce, with extensive experience in various roles. Meenakshi currently works at Espire Infolabs as the Associate Director in CRM Services and is a Certified Salesforce professional. Prior to this, Meenakshi served as a Salesforce Project Manager at the same company. Meenakshi also worked at Toluna as the Manager for CRM and Salesforce globally, where they managed the Salesforce CRM tool for over 130 users across different locations. Additionally, they conducted training sessions worldwide and collaborated with Sales and Marketing Heads to automate business processes and improve lead conversion and revenue. Meenakshi's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Business Analyst and Salesforce Consultant at Espire Infolabs and as a Salesforce Business Analyst at Astadia.

Meenakshi Verma completed their post-graduate studies at St. John's College Agra from 1999 to 2001. Prior to that, they attended Dayalbagh Educational Institute from 1997 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, Meenakshi Verma obtained certifications as a Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist from both Salesforce and Salesforce.org in April 2017.
