Riya Roy

Riya Roy has extensive work experience in recruitment and human resource consultancy services. Riya started their career as a Recruiter at Edumyra Services Pvt. Ltd. in December 2017 and worked there until July 2021. During their time at Edumyra Services, they were also promoted to the role of Business Development Manager from December 2017 to November 2018. Riya then joined JobDost in July 2021 as a Recruiter and worked there until December 2021. Currently, they are working as a Senior Recruiter at Espire Infolabs, a digital transformation and total experience solutions provider.

Riya Roy obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources Development from ICFAI University. Riya pursued this program from 2018 to 2020.
