Sahaj Nagpal

Sahaj Nagpal has extensive work experience in various technical and business roles. Sahaj started their career in 2009 as an Executive Assistant at baosteel, where they handled meetings, client requirements, and worked on administrative and management tasks. In 2011, they worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Wipro BPO, providing technical troubleshooting and customer support.

In 2012, Sahaj joined HCL Technologies as a Senior Analyst, responsible for managing the implementation and operations of MobileIron. Sahaj handled server installation and management, user/device management, and created security and device management profiles and policies.

From 2016 to 2020, Sahaj worked at NITS Solutions as a Business Analyst. Sahaj'sresponsibilities included documenting customer requirements, creating user stories, creating rollout plans, and conducting usability tests with customers.

In 2020, Sahaj returned to HCL Technologies as a Technical Specialist. Sahaj gained expertise in administering scalable and secure mobile infrastructures, using technologies such as VMware Workspace One, Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Exchange Online, and Active Directory services.

Currently, Sahaj is employed at Espire Infolabs as a Technical Lead, a position they started in July 2022.
