Vivek Tiwari

Vivek Tiwari has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Vivek started their career at BookMyForex as an Inside Sales Executive and eventually became a Lead Analyst. At BookMyForex, they were responsible for end-to-end sales of forex products, including prospecting, negotiations, and order confirmations. Vivek also managed a team of sales executives and provided support to ensure the team achieved their targets.

After their time at BookMyForex, Vivek joined InterGlobe Enterprises as a Process Associate in the Customer Service Support team. Vivek handled post-travel and claim-related queries, addressing both agencies' legal claims and end customers' claims and queries. Additionally, they played a role in educating customers on new upgrades and policy modifications.

Following their tenure at InterGlobe Enterprises, Vivek joined Genpact India Private Limited Delhi as a Senior Process Developer for the Customer Service Support team. In this position, they focused on customer acquisition and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Vivek also supervised a team of process associates.

Subsequently, Vivek worked at DotPe as a Business Development Manager. In this role, they successfully led initiatives to generate and engage with business partners, building new business for the company. Vivek'sresponsibilities included developing new relationships, generating leads, and driving sales and business development for offline retail categories.

Currently, Vivek is employed at Espire Infolabs as an Assistant Manager - Digital Sales. Vivek assists businesses in leveraging automation platforms to innovate, improve efficiency, and achieve strategic goals. Espire Infolabs offers consulting and implementation services for an AI-powered automation platform. Vivek's role involves streamlining and simplifying processes, improving compliance, and making consistent decisions at scale.

Vivek Tiwari pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Institute of Technology and Management in Gwalior from 2012 to 2016.
