Barrett Yates, PMP, is a highly experienced professional in product development and engineering with a strong background in managing new product introductions across various medical and technology companies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Development at Espiritu Design since January 2025, Barrett previously held the position of Director of New Product Development at Biomerics, where leadership resulted in significant revenue growth and the successful launch of numerous validated SKUs. Barrett's expertise encompasses project management, design verification, and regulatory compliance, demonstrated by achievements such as being an R&D Engineer at CoNextions Medical and a successful tenure at ARIIX, leading to substantial cost reductions and new revenue streams. Education includes a Master of Science in Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Utah.
