Catherine Dionne

Catherine Dionne is an accomplished professional in the fields of operations and user experience design, currently serving as the Director of Operations and CX and UX Team Lead at Agence Bassan since October 2018. In addition, Catherine is a Mentor d’entreprise at Esplanade Québec, providing guidance to startups within the Impact 8 program. Previously, Catherine co-founded The UXers and served on the board of Tout le Monde UX, promoting user experience practices. Notable previous roles include UX Director and Strategist at Kryzalid, where work involved managing projects for high-profile clients, and consulting in UX design and content strategy for various firms. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Interaction Design and a Bachelor’s degree in Web Design from Université Laval, complemented by a Professional degree in Graphic Design from Cegep Sainte-Foy.
