Fernando Sandoya Sánchez

Fernando Sandoya Sánchez serves as a principal professor in the Mathematics Department at Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral since January 2000 and is actively involved in research. Currently, Fernando also works as a learning facilitator for the Machine Learning program at Global Alumni Education, a position held since September 2019. As a graduate professor, Fernando teaches master's programs in production and business administration at Universidad Politécnica Salesiana del Ecuador and in applied statistics at UTM Universidad Técnica de Manabí. Additionally, Fernando is a tenured professor at Universidad de Guayaquil and the CEO of SolOpt S.A. with experience in the Central Bank of Ecuador from 2004 to 2005. Fernando's educational background includes a Ph.D. in Operations Research from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, multiple master's degrees, and specialized training in Machine Learning from MIT Professional Education.
