Florencio Pinela

Florencio Pinela is a dedicated professor at ESPOL, where they have taught since 1981. They previously worked as a physicist at the Comisión Ecuatoriana de Energía Atómica from 1988 to 1998. Florencio earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, followed by a Master of Science in Physics from the Florida Institute of Technology. Additionally, they were a Visiting Research Scholar at Harvard University, focusing on Peer Instruction and Team-Based Learning.
