Sergio Jose Gutierrez

Sergio Jose Gutierrez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in urban development and leadership. Currently serving as President of Espora since January 2015 and Executive President of Interlogis since January 2004, Sergio has a strong background in both the public and private sectors. Notable roles include serving as Presidente Nacional y Fundador of the Movimiento Nacional de Cibernautas del PRI from 2008 to 2012, and advisor on urban development at the Senado de la República from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Sergio held key positions in the Government of Nuevo León, including Titular de Desarrollo Urbano del Estado and Subsecretario de Planeación Urbana.
