Tore Neergaard Kjellow serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Ugly Duckling Games since October 2019, overseeing both standard executive responsibilities and the educational components of product development. Additionally, Tore holds the position of Didactic Director, focusing on pedagogical elements across the company's projects. As an advisory board member for Esport Danmark, Tore provides insights on game-based learning. As the founder of Skolen i Spil, launched in 2015, Tore continues to influence educational initiatives within Ugly Duckling Games. Previous roles include educational consultant positions at ScienceAtHome and Skanderborg Kommune, and experience as a social educator at Columbusskolen and Åkjærgård. Tore's educational background includes a master's level course on game-based learning from Aalborg University, alongside a bachelor's degree in social education.
