Who We Are
At E-Sports Creative League (ECL), we believe in the power of turning gamers into creators. ECL is a one-of-a-kind gaming league that fosters creativity, innovation, and academic engagement. Our mission is to provide a platform where teams can compete in the creation of 3D worlds and games centered around academic themes.

Founded by Marcos Navas, the founder of Hands on Coding and Latinosincoding.org, and Sami Marrero, CEO of Urbander, ECL is a collaboration between experts in education, technology, and media. We bring together our passion for gaming, creativity, and educational innovation to offer a unique experience for participants.

Through our multi-week curriculum, teams receive comprehensive guidance and training to develop their creative and design skills. We introduce them to popular gaming platforms such as Fortnite Creative, Minecraft, Roblox, and Unreal Engine, empowering them to create immersive gaming experiences.

The heart of ECL lies in our competitions. Teams work independently to craft games that align with the given academic theme. Top submissions are evaluated by a panel of judges, and the winning teams are celebrated for their innovation and creativity. We aim to inspire and showcase the talent of young gamers who are not only skilled players but also talented creators.

ECL is more than just a league. It's a creativeverse where ideas come to life. Our platform serves as a central hub for teams to access the curriculum, submit their games, and connect with a global community of like-minded creators. We invite players from all backgrounds to join us and unleash their imagination.

Join us on this exciting journey as we reshape the gaming landscape, empower young creators, and foster a love for learning through the immersive world of E-Sports Creative League (ECL).
