Kristel Lugo

Kristel Lugo is an accomplished live producer with extensive experience in broadcast and digital media. Currently employed at Esports Engine since August 2021, Kristel has previously held the role of broadcast producer at FreightWaves and cultivated a diverse skill set as an associate writer/producer/director at HSN from 2014 to 2020. Noteworthy achievements at HSN include co-creating the social cooking series "Our Kitchen with Shannon Smith," producing impactful video content for various successful shows, and managing all aspects of production, from concept to delivery. Earlier in their career, Kristel served as a projection coordinator at Carmike Cinemas and as a creative services intern at CW-44, where foundational knowledge in television production was gained. Kristel holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Radio-Television-Film and Humanities from the University of South Florida.
