Krystal Mann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Krystal began their career as an Administrative Assistant at ESL North America, where they gained valuable experience in accounting, employee relations, and office management. Krystal later moved on to become a Project Coordinator, supporting product managers and associate producers with hospitality and travel logistics. Krystal then progressed to the position of Manager of Project Support, where they developed and led a team while empowering them to successfully support projects.

In 2016, they joined Blizzard Entertainment as an Associate Operations Manager for Esports, responsible for travel and hotel accommodations for global travelers. Krystal later became an Operations Manager, overseeing travel and hospitality logistics for multiple worldwide programs. Krystal excelled in budget creation and tracking, vendor contract review, and real-time issue resolution.

In 2019, Krystal joined Esports Engine as a Project Manager, handling agile projects with tight deadlines. Krystal managed high-profile esports broadcasts and events, including the Fortnite World Cup Finals, which attracted over 2 million viewers and had a $30 million prize pool. Krystal's organizational skills and calm demeanor contributed to the success of these initiatives.

Most recently, they held the positions of Director of Client Operations and Director of Project Operations at Esports Engine, demonstrating their growth and leadership capabilities within the organization. Throughout their career, Krystal Mann has shown a passion for delivering exceptional results and empowering their team members. Prior to their career in the esports and entertainment industry, Krystal ran their own photography business for a decade, specializing in weddings, births, and portraits. Krystal also gained valuable experience as a Producer at Jeremy Cowart Photography, Inc., working alongside a celebrity photographer and honing their skills in crew management, equipment rentals, and hospitality coordination.

From 2000 to 2001, Krystal Mann attended Visible Music College, where they obtained a Certificate of Music & Worship Arts in the field of Voice.
