Beatriz Amorim

Beatriz Amorim has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Beatriz started their career at Fundação Arthur Bernardes, where they managed grants and executed projects. Beatriz then joined Grupo Solpanamby as a Trainee, successfully implementing the Budget Base Zero project at a shopping center. Later, they worked as an Analyst of FP&A at Grupo Solpanamby, where they generated reports and indicators, forecasted costs and revenues, and improved processes for accurate calculations. Following that, Beatriz worked at Laureate International Universities as an Analyst of FP&A, focusing on OPEX and Compensation management for two universities. Beatriz then moved on to DânicaZipco Sistemas Construtivos, where they took part in strategic planning and process improvement projects. Beatriz then joined FLAGCX as the Head of Financial Planning, overseeing FP&A for the entire ecosystem and analyzing market trends. In the same company, they also held the role of FP&A Leader, leading the planning process and implementing financial objectives. Currently, Beatriz is working at Esportudo and PlayGreen as the VP of Finance, where they are responsible for budget preparation, expense monitoring, and cash management.

Beatriz Amorim graduated from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa in 2015 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Beatriz has additional certifications including "Profissional Adaptável: Inteligência Emocional, Finanças Pessoais e Liderança" from PUCRS - Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul, obtained in August 2022. Beatriz also has a certification in "Curso de Formação | Gestão de Negócios" from MBA100 obtained in August 2018. In addition, they have certifications in "Gestão de Empresas de Varejo: Visão Prática e Aplicada" from Fundação Getulio Vargas obtained in August 2017, "Valuation: Avaliação de Empresas" from FACULDADE FIPECAFI - Fundação Instituto de Pesquisas Contábeis, Atuariais e Financeiras obtained in July 2017, and "Conselho Regional de Contabilidade" from CRC/MG obtained in December 2015. Furthermore, they attended an event called "QP Summit 2022 - Habilidades para Liderar" organized by Grupo Voitto in July 2022.
